Heather Zaug

Heather spent nearly 20 years representing hospitals, nurses, dentists, and physicians in a wide variety of specialties in the defense of medical malpractice lawsuits. She secured many jury verdicts and dismissals on behalf of her clients. Heather has lectured on complex birth injury cases, including those involving shoulder dystocia and brachial plexus injuries. At TrialHawk, Heather dedicates her years of litigation experience to zealously advocating for victims of medical negligence and their families. Heather practices in state and federal courts across Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
