Jim Knaack

Attorney

Before joining TrialHawk, Jim spent 14 years representing healthcare providers in medical malpractice litigation and regulatory investigations at Hancock, Daniel, and Johnson, P.C., securing multiple defense verdicts at trial and dismissals in regulatory matters. During those years of defense work, Jim represented healthcare providers from a broad array of medical specialties and in different practice settings.

Prior to his many years as a defense attorney, Jim served as a judicial law clerk to the judges at the City of Alexandria Circuit Court. That two-year clerkship offered a unique view on the workings of a trial court and gave Jim insight into the jury litigation process.

Jim puts his years of legal experience, oral advocacy skills and tireless work-ethic to its best use in aiding TrialHawk clients pursue successful outcomes in every case.
